Returns & Refunds
DRAFT POLICY — owner must review and approve before launch. The wording
below is a reasonable starting point for a small handmade jewelry shop, not
a final or legal document.
Every piece is handmade with care. If something isn't right, we want to help.
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery at kittybugjewelry@gmail.com.
- Items must be returned unworn and in their original condition. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Once your return is received and inspected, a refund is issued to your original payment method (PayPal).
- Custom or made-to-order pieces may not be eligible for return — this will be noted on the product.
